Description
Structure
JNC’s new technology has enabled submicron filtration accuracy despite having a deep filtration structure. It is a structure in which the fiber intersection points are strongly bonded and have a more significant fiber diameter gradient.
Advantages
- JNC’s new technology achieves submicron filtration accuracy.
- JNC’s new technology creates a more significant fiber diameter gradient than conventional products, and the deep deep-layer structure provides longer life.
- Unique filter media design achieves high flow rate – low pressure drop filtration.
- High differential pressure resistance is achieved due to the three three-dimensional structure with three-dimensional thermally bonded fibers.
- Each intersection point of the fibers is strongly thermally bonded to ensure stable filtration suppressing deformation of the pores and the drop-out of filter media.
- The filter media is made of polypropylene fiber, which provides excellent chemical resistance.
- The polypropylene fibers of construction are FDA approved for potable liquids contact according to CFR Title 21.
