HIGH FLOW BIO-X is an advanced gas filtration cartridge that combines proven depth filter technology with pleated construction to deliver reliable microbial retention down to 0.01 micron in gas applications.
With flow rates typically 2–3 times higher than conventional membrane filters, HIGH FLOW BIO-X helps reduce overall cartridge usage and allows for more compact filtration system designs in fermentation, food and beverage, and bioprocessing applications.
The filter media is treated with a specially developed PTFE impregnation process, providing permanent hydrophobicity and enhanced mechanical strength to the borosilicate microfiber structure. This ensures consistent performance in demanding applications such as sterile gas delivery for filling machines and critical processing environments.
