Description
The SciLog® Filter & Dispense Bag System is an automated bulk filtration and bag filling solution engineered to aseptically and accurately fill up to twelve 20-liter bags. Designed for biopharmaceutical and BDS (bulk drug substance) applications, the system also performs in-line pre-use and post-use integrity testing to ensure process reliability.
With intuitive automation and user-friendly operation, the Filter & Dispense Bag System allows operators to manage the filtration and filling process without the need for specialized training. The closed flow path and sterile single-use connections eliminate the need for additional environmental monitoring, enabling the process to take place in a standard cleanroom without requiring a laminar flow cabinet.
Both the hardware and consumables have been co-developed to work seamlessly together, minimizing product loss and maximizing yield during bulk drug substance processing.
