Parker’s SciLog® TFF Standard System — Fully Automated Tangential Flow Filtration for Flexible Bioprocessing

The SciLog® TFF Standard System is a fully automated tangential flow filtration (TFF) system engineered to accommodate any brand of hollow fiber or cassette membranes, available in both single-use and reusable formats. This pre-configured system is designed to meet a wide range of bioprocessing specifications with flexible performance.

Leveraging Parker’s extensive expertise in designing and manufacturing tangential flow filtration systems, the SciLog TFF Standard System offers streamlined design and rapid delivery of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) TFF systems, outperforming competitors in speed and efficiency.

The system supports three standard models with feed flow rates ranging from 0.25 L/min to 83 L/min, utilizing either peristaltic or diaphragm feed pumps to suit various process needs.

With manifolds designed in tandem with the system, Parker minimizes hold-up volumes to maximize product yield and optimize process efficiency, making the SciLog TFF Standard System ideal for biopharmaceutical manufacturing, cell therapy production, and other advanced bioprocessing applications.
