Description

The Zeta-Pak depth filter module is manufactured with MicroMedia providing a relatively high flow rate, zeta potential and superior retention of ultra-fine particles. The workhorse of ErtelAlsop Pak filter cartridges, the Zeta-Pak depth filter module can be used in virtually any application, as it provides the greatest retention efficiencies of all media series.

ErtelAlsop Pak depth filter cartridges, also known as depth lenticular filter modules, are available in several configurations and options. Lenticular cartridges, or modules, are manufactured in 12 inch (30.5 cm) or 16 inch (40.6 cm) diameter and include from 5 to 18 stacked lenticular filter cells. A Pak® is assembled from varying numbers of filters cell. Each filter cell is comprised of a pair of MicroMedia, AlphaMedia or MicroClear depth filter media sheets where the edges of each pair is sealed by a patented process, using polypropylene. The assembled unit resembles a stack of double convex lenses, hence the term “lenticular.”

To meet the demands of various applications, depth filters can be supplied with options including water removal, pharmaceutical grade material, or polypropylene filter media.
